In the first quarter of 2016 Taranto increased its traffic of +20.2%
Last month the traffic of the goods handled by Taranto Port increased +29.8% on May 2015 being it pairs to 2.476.243 tons. The more important increase is realised by the solid bulk that is loaded to 1.216.781 tons (+54.2%). Moreover, the traffics of liquid bulk and dry bulk also increased reaching respectively 782.904 tons (+13.4%) and 476,558 tons (+11.3%).
