SRM was Partner of the 14th FEMIP Conference, entitled Tools for growth: driving investment in the Mediterranean region. This event was held on 30 October 2014 in Naples, Italy, in collaboration with the Italian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The conference presented the lending, blending and advising tools available for the Mediterranean as the region’s countries seek to take advantage of new opportunities for growth against a challenging political, social and economic backdrop.
The day was structured around three thematic sessions – on SMEs, energy and transport – in order to stimulate practical and operational discussions throughout the day.
The General Manager of SRM Massimo Deandreis spoke in the round table “Transport interconnections – accelerating project implementation through advisory programmes”. Among the issues addressed in his speech: the usefulness of counseling programs in the preparation, implementation and management of transport projects, in the promotion of employment and in the coordination of transport and logistics.
