The two companies expect to start operations on the east-west routes in January 2015.
Thanks to a larger network and economically more efficient the companies can continue to offer customers in North America, Europe and Asia containerized shipping services competitive and reliable, with a larger number of ports and services than it is today, and the overall implementation of 21 rotations compared to 18 today for a total of 291 ports scaled compared to the current 212.
